Japanese Blossoms and Hello Kitty

I did this at my friend's casa ! Her name was Lupita Rodriguez. This was done in her bedroom. Lupita gave me her ideas and I followed them all according to plan. Lupita's room was covered in Asian items. She said she J'ADORE Asian culture and food. I simply laughed because I feel flattered by her positive commentary. She sure did get the right colors of choice to complement the color of her walls, which was purple, but according to the quality of this photograph taken by a cellular, the results came out a baby pink, or in my case, "HAPPY PINK". I dedicate this to my beloved beautiful amiga, Lupita Rodriguez.

The Avatar Eye of Wonder

Believe it or not, this was all done in color pencils !
Cheap Crayola Color Pencils. As you can see here, I had to layer the colors in order to get the colors to look right. I went from light blue to dark blue , and then to black for his skin. For his eye, I had to go from yellow, to apple-green, to blue, to brown, and then to black for his pupil.
*SO MUCH FUN*

How Happy Can One Girl Be ?

I believe everybody;
Therefore
I am happy.
I love everybody;
Therefore
I am happy.
I think of God every day, everywhere;
Therefore I am happy.
I am happy, I am always happy
Because
Heaven lives for the cries of my heart
And Earth lives for the smiles of my soul.

I Shot You Down: Chapter 2: Say Cheese

 It is Vann Williams in my fictional story, I Shot You Down !!!
This is one of the many scenes where Angie tries to get a good photo shoot of Vann for the yearbook. Here's a part from chapter 2: Angie's duty was to get photos from almost anything she sees that interests her. One day, it was during lunch and courtyard time. Angie and her best friend, Marie, come across Vann observing his new surroundings. Marie shoves her elbow next to Angie, pointing at the curiously new student. Marie smiled and whispered, "Hey, look, now's your chance to snap a shot of him !" Angie knew he would spot her taking a photo of him if she does not do it quick, so she stood from a distant, setting her camera directly at him, and tries to focus the camera by zooming him closely and carefully. She notices the way how he just stood there so nicely as if he were ready to pose for a profile picture. Her hands start to shake a little but that did not stop her from snapping a photo of him. *SNAP* "Got it !" Angie smiled. She looks at her camera showing a stilled picture of the new student. Once the picture clears, the camera screen comes back again, only this time, the new student starts to turn his head towards her camera with piercing, blue eyes. Angie froze. A sudden surge of spark darts through her heart like a bullet. She was not expecting that to happen so quick. This strange feeling almost made her drop the camera.  She knew that if she were to run away or do anything weird would probably give him a sign. Angie is quick and smart enough to point her camera above the new student's head, making it look like there was something more interesting towards the ceiling than him. She kept pointing her camera above him with a slight angle and walk pass by him, hoping that he did not suspect anything from Angie or her face now turning a slight reddish hue. . . Etc.
Vann is a new student who was transferred from Europe. All of the girls love him at first sight. Some girls say he is very quiet-almost too quiet but hot simultaneously. Other girls say his melancholic aura seems so attractive, which makes a lot of the girls even more curious about him. He has an almost faded brunette hair, with bright, blue eyes. He is about 6'2''. Most of the guys in school envy his cool hair style so they tend to make fun of his hair. Angie finds out that Vann enjoys swimming a lot in one of the chapters. It is probably the only sport he will join in school. His favorite color is navy-blue. Oh ! And he loves chocolate. . .He has a low, gentle voice that sounds almost mysterious. You could say he is a "Gentle Giant", after all, he is pretty tall. -Laughs-

I Shot You Down: Chapter 9: Con Te Partiro [Time To Say Goodbye]

I am currently working on my latest fictional story called, I Shot You Down. This is just an artwork for this chapter. This is a very powerful image of Angie Stewart [Right] crying in a lost for Vann Williams [Left]. Vann is basically the background for this artwork I have created.
Note that the title, I Shot You Down, has nothing to do with guns in the story. Instead, the word "Shot" symbolizes Angie and her camera since she works in the Yearbook club for her school.
**All done in mechanical pencil and Ebony pencil to darken the outline of this art.
