Motive: He has come from the future. Racing before the end of time, saving the white capsule before it detonates destroying everything in the city of Velocitron !
Personality: Easy going, short temper, smart when it comes to Technology. Very laid back, and he tends to "show off" what he's got, whenever it's the right moment for him.
What happen to his left arm: He had the power to control nanites, which was the source through all living things. Since he still doesn't know how to control the access of nanites, it suddenly transformed his left arm into a mechanical/weapon helping- hand.
His theme color-Dark navy-blue. 

Eye Color: Golden yellow.

<--This is Cypher when he can't control the nanites overloading his body. It is like a hollow version of Cypher, only darker. WATCH OUT ! Don't tick him off.
